rebate is up to 2%
of the sales price of any new home that you purchase in
Rosenberg Texas. This rebate is based on a standard transaction where the
selling agent (Your Citihomes Realtor) receives 3% of the sales
price as a commission. Houston Real Estate Discount Home will issue back to our
customers their up to 2% rebate at closing (with the builder's permission) or
within 7 days of closing.
A 3% commission is standard but keep in mind it is possible that the commission could be less. In the event that the commission to the selling agent is less than 3%, your rebate would be prorated to 2/3 of the commission. Any bonuses or additional commission paid to the Realtor by the builder is not subject to be rebated to the buyer.
**Steps required to qualify for rebates**

Find a home builder in Rosenberg Texas.

Be sure to present the Realor's business card to the builder's on-site representative when house hunting.

Call us BEFORE filling out the builder's contract so that we can formally register you with the builder.
